Applicability

This Terms of Reference/Use applies to you whether you are:

A Teacher who has been associated with us or seeks to be associated with us as a Teacher for teaching Learningchats Learning programs to the students ("Teachers", "you" or "User"); or

A student or a parent or a legal guardian, using our Website("you", or "User"); or

Any person using Leraningchats Learning program ("you", or "User"); or

Otherwise, a user of the Website ("you", or "User"); or

This Terms of Use applies to your visit to and your use of the Website, as well as to all information provided by you on the Website at any given point in time.

Purpose of the Website

The Website of the company is meant to provide information to the public about the- company

The services and incidental services provided by the Company including without limitation, the information pertaining to the Learningchats Learning Program

The Website facilitates the services rendered by the Company, and provides for, including and limited to the registration of the teachers, parents/ legal guardians of the students(s) and the students(s), desirous of being part of the Learning chats Learning Program on Website.

The Website facilitates to create/register and account with us for availing Learningchats Learning Program

Informed Leaves

A makeover/makeup session will only be provided against an informed Leave that includes Sick leave, Emergency leave etc. Please note to avail a makeover you must give us at least 24 hours prior notice for your session cancellation.

In case a notice is provided to us in less than 24 hours, we are not liable to provide you any makeover for that missing session.

In case your tutor requested for the cancellation of session we will provide you with a makeover.

Technical issues

Although the resources and tools we're using are extremely reliable; but incase there's any mishap happen LC will always accommodate you by providing substitute session.

In case there's electricity, network connection or technical problems from your side, LC will not be responsible if you miss a class or part of a class.

Login User Name & Password

Once you signup and get enrolled with Learningchats. We might provide you a username and password that you have to maintain for your regular session and should be kept confidential. You'll be answerable for all the activities happening over your username and must not allow anyone else to use it. In case you forget your password or suspect unauthorized use of your username and password, immediately inform the support team of Learningchats to deal with it.

Your Teacher

We will be responsible for assigning you a tutor for the duration of your lessons with us. We reserve the right to replace the instructor at any time to meet the needs of the topic or any other circumstances. You are not allowed to share your contact information, including your phone number, mobile phone number, email address, or mailing address with your tutor. you are also not permitted to ask Teachers personal contact information.

Pricing Conditions

The subscription package you've chosen, all the payments must go in advance and Learningchats will be responsible for having your money and providing you an instructor from our team.

After negotiating the best suitable time for the lesson, we'll arrange your regular session with our instructor at a specific timeslot. In case you want to make any changes in lesson time or days, you can contact our support team at least 24-48 hours earlier and we'll plan as earliest as possible considering the instructor availability.

Referral Program

If you refer someone there will always be Referral Discount from our side and you'll be having a significant amount of discount in the referred month fee only.(1 time bonus)

We reserve the right to stop providing service if:

You are failing to pay your invoice by the 7th day of due date.

You fail to attend sessions for two consecutive weeks unless you have agreed upon break with our support team.

you have violated any of the terms and conditions mentioned here.

Learningchats decides that your actions are unacceptable for the continuation of service

You act in a way that threatens, intimidates, or harasses our employees or other trainees.

Our Holiday Plan

At Learningchat, Please note there won't be any makeover or refund applicable to the Notified no session days or holidays (LC Notified days, Public holidays)

Late Fee

Each invoice must be paid when it is presented or by the due date, in case of any delay $2 per day late fee would be charged.

MakeOver Sessions

Each month, a student can avail only 2 makeovers against 2 informed leaves (Subject to the teachers availability)
