Cancellation & Refunds: Online Tutoring

If for any reason you change your mind, raise a refund within 30days of purchase of a subscription (First time purchase only).

Refund request can be initiated by sending an email to help@learningchats.com with the Subject : Refund Request, citing the reasons for the refund request, with the screenshot of the payment made and mentioning the subscription availed.

Any refund request beyond 30 days (includes working and non-working) of purchasing a subscription will not be accepted and NO REFUND will be provided.

Refunds: Duplicate Payment

The refund for the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be executed within 3-5 working days , using the same source(original method of payment)

Discontinuing the services

Learningchats has paid qualified faculty to impart teaching to the student. However, if for any reason, student wants to discontinue the services then they will have to give 30 days prior notice by simply sending and email at help@earningchats.com otherwise refunds are not possible.

The refund for online classes follows a proportional system based on the amount of classes used and the remaining ones. If a student decides to cancel their subscription within 30 days, they are eligible to receive a refund for the classes they haven't taken yet. This policy ensures fairness and allows customers to only pay for the classes they have actually attended. It is important to review the terms of use regarding refunds before signing up for any online course. By understanding these terms, customers can make informed decisions and have a clear understanding of what to expect in case they need to cancel their subscription.

Learningchats reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of the policy without any prior notice

All refunds will be processed within 15 working days after refund request is approved by Learningchats.
